I talk with Dr. Barry Prizant a collaborator on the SCERTS model, an all
encompassing program for working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
We discuss a number of
methodologies in this podcast including:
RDI,
Pivotal Response Training
(PRT), ABA,
TEACCH, and
PECS. I have

Barry is an Adjunct Professor in the
Center for the Study of Human Development, Brown University, and
the Director of Childhood Communication Services, a private
practice in Cranston, RI. He is a 2005 recipient of the
Princeton University-Eden Foundation Award for career
contributions for "Improving the Quality of Life for Individuals
with Autism."
